      Pros

      Good place to work and fun culture. Lots of company events. Good place to start a career. The starting Analysts get very close and are friends.

      Cons

      Little room for creativity. The company tries to brainwash ppl that work there into loving everything Target. Must fit the company mold.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
