Pros
My team leaders are all wonderful people and leaders. I work with an incredible team and honestly always enjoy going into work.
Cons
It depends on the area of the store that you work in on how you view your job at Target. If you are not a people person, do not work front end at Guest Service, choose something that is better suited for you and your personality type. I have a passion for apparel so Style is my best area, I wouldn't do as well on the fast paced order fulfillment team.
