Pros

The base pay is strong, the company is strong and healthy, discounts are nice including 401 k matching and savings plans

Cons

50 hour work week is really closer to 60 hours, district and group management were mostly promoted prior to economic down turn so no connection to new expectations regarding payroll and quantity of leaders. Your performance is very subjective, you could be a fast mover one day and three weeks later be the low hanging fruit they want to terminate.

Pros

The location I worked for had a great group of people... *Their RF system pretty much does all the guess work for you *Fulfillment, drive-up, and ship positions are fun to work

Cons

The amount of experience I have in fulfillment order processing exceeds the starting pay scale... *Everywhere is short-staffed *Their call-in policy is to call the store; you can't really get a hold of anyone, and there is an option for call-in on the app, but it is considered a no-call no-show if you don't call the store. You should be able to call in on the app, and that should be enough. It's double the work.
