      Pros

      My ETLs and other supervisors are always very reasonable with me; I feel very lucky. They're always open to talk about any concerns I have, and we work around my changing school schedule just fine.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel like I'm given tasks that are completely unreasonable to finish within the time limit. It's a bit stressful at times.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
