      The hourly employees work hard and are respectful to quality leaders.

      Cons

      The Senior Management has determined that only young people and minorities should be coached, developed and promoted. Ageism is real! It is not hidden but out in the open and expressed, experience and performance do not matter

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
