      Pros

      Discount is a nice to have for shopping for a large family. Compensation is very generous.

      Cons

      Management isn't concerned about their employees, they only care about covering their own tracks. My manager has never once asked me how I am doing. He's more worried about his own career.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
