      Pros

      Awesome people to draw on as mentors who are fun to work with. I don't imagine a work-life balance could be better.

      Cons

      The culture is declining into a Java-only environment where deviating from the norm and trying new technologies is often discouraged unless you are on the "right" team.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
