Target is a feedback oriented company, so you always know where you stand performance wise. They do not hesitate to tell you what you're doing write and wrong. -Target is very diverse -You can develop very quickly. There are many store managers who are in their mid to late 20's and make six figures.
Cons
Cannot break into management without a degree. NO EXCEPTIONS! Performance is 30%, ability to BS is 70%. Expectations can be unreasonable at times. They give you a lot of puzzles to solve with no resources to help you.
