      Pros

      The company as a whole truly cares about their team members. Unlimited sick days is a fantastic benefit that allows myself and other to take care of family first when needed. The internal growth is quick and the HR team is the best in the business.

      Cons

      It's a constant grind. The expectations are very high.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
