Pros

If you are looking for a first job and are near the area, it could be alright. I would suggest looking for something else, like a restaurant.

Cons

Terrible management, HR, pay, and hours. The store will act like they will respect your availability , but soon will schedule you outside of it. The store is extremely understaffed but tries to keep the same hours and time standards as if it was not, while having the same amount of customers and paying the employees the same amount. All departments are understaffed, but in some areas it is just exhausting, while other departments it is extremely dangerous to try to keep the same pace and schedule like there were 2.5X the amount of employees like there are supposed to be. This understaffing and poor management lead to me getting a serious injury that I’ve been recovering for over half a year from with no serious improvement. HR tried to convince me that they were not responsible for my emergency room bill after this workplace accident, which is a completely false and did everything possible to convince me it’s not a big deal, dismissing my concerns, and attempting to sweep the whole thing under the rug.
