      1. Not a job you have to be serious/can be fun

      1. Nor sure what it is. I used to shop at Target every other day. Ever since I worked there I only go once a month 2. Very strict 3. The leads barely knew me or answered when I call on the walkie 4. Most of the time I felt like I was doing nothing or having no impact.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
