      Pros

      sometimes depending on your SD you can leave an hour early

      Cons

      working 10 hours and other days more than 10 hours a day not being appreciated for days that you worked longer not enough work life balance its stressful the pay isn't worth the workload rotating weekends means you can't even have another job
