Pros

nice initiatives, like parties, chocolate every day, free fruit, free soft drinks - good PTO and great healthcare plans. interesting work.

Cons

management could definitely do a better job at managing people. Company “culture” is not authentic enough. All the free stuff in the world cannot make up for a work environment that is less than ideal. A relentless focus on making money now means lots of pressure and not a lot in return. Inside sales has aggressive targets to meet, if not, there is no commission at all. Management yells at people and can be condescending, which is not much of a motivator.

Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
