Pros

GREAT PTO & lots of free stuff, food, drinks & refreshments... Paid benefits (because they know you will be stressed & sick and will NEED the medical care to...)

Cons

It hit me after maybe a month or so on the floor- they want you to sell a ridiculous amount of remote software MONTHLY (Ex-$63,000+ USD here in the states & CA) BUT because they are a German based company, the system converts your sales to € Euros which obviously brings your total DOWN!!! It’s azz backwards!!! They want a certain amount every day/month, but yet the total sale is decreased; makes NO SENSE... FYI: Spiff money is deducted from your payroll check & commission is taxed 30+%... RUN!!!

Senior management often feels disconnected from day-to-day reality and tends to shift priorities frequently.
