      Still kind of "start-up mindset". Company is still growing and adapting to the situation apparently without a clear structure in mind.

      Good team Great communication Access to snacks and drinks Benefits and access to tools like LinkedIn learning Tuition reimbursement 401k match after some time

      Cons

      Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
