Pros

Flexible working hours. Nice office set-up. Close to the train station. Has underground parking.

Cons

Management team leadership style just sucks. "You either do what we told you to do, or essentially just resign." Average or below average salaries that most likely will not be adjusted anytime soon. Bad focus for the company objectives. Non-existent actions for the annual employee review. We just repeat the same things in the survey and do not get anything moved. The survey looks anonymous but it is not. Be aware when sharing feedback.

Good team Great communication Access to snacks and drinks Benefits and access to tools like LinkedIn learning Tuition reimbursement 401k match after some time

Cons

Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
