Pros
TV made a huge turnaround as of late. Not saying it was a bad place before, but the increase in employee engagement, team outings like sports events, 5k runs, spirit week......it just makes work fun again. In addition, some people that were square pegs in a round hole are no longer here, which has drastically increased moral and affected culture for the better. The people are the heart of this company and the reason why we've been able to continue to grow and be successful.
Cons
Still looking for a clearly defined career growth path, and sometimes it's tough to feel involved while being remote. but we're compensated very well, benefits are awesome, and no two days are ever the same.
