      Manager was very reasonable and flexible for a high school student athelete.

      Cons

      The specific role comes with extremely busy days and also very slow days. The job by nature just has inconsistencies but it makes everyday different and less boring.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
