Pros

- On time salary credit, So at least you have money when laid off - Very Fast paced, Entire company priority changes within a week, Your priority should as well. so don't have to worry about quality - Very minimal Team building so you don't have to worry about team outings. - Only thing that matter at the end of the day is the EBITA margins and EPS values for the share holders. So you can be sure that you're just a cannon fodder for growing the share holder wealth. No Need to hear the statement "we are like a family" from HR. - Frequent layoffs and lot of new adventures to explore. - Last but not the least, No salary hikes ever, only bonuses when company performs well. Even that bonus is decided by the company so you don't have to take any tension on negotiating hikes.

Cons

- Just a few - You will be Remote but have to be online during US working hours so that the company can save money on real estate - No Communication channels which are transparent enough to be trustable - Frequent layoffs even when you perform well (looks like purge of high Salary employees) - NO SALARY HIKES ONLY BONUSES IF COMPANY PERFORMS GOOD

Pros

-the pay is average, not on the low end of tech -remote work -your peers are incredibly smart

Cons

-incredibly toxic work environment -changing goal posts for metrics -being yelled at is the norm and HR does not care -friends of friends and special treatment: many outliers who have ins with VPs or above who do little to no work (one in particular decided they wanted to be an instagram influencer and posted non-stop during work hours) yet their counterparts who did their work for them got laid off -more yelling: at least one weekly meeting where you just turn your mic down and disassociate while team members have a power struggle and waste time -zero upward trajectory in the company
