Pros
This review is specifically for a sub-division of UL. If you are looking for an experience working for a European company, they are quite representative of how Dutch companies work, in terms of working style and also employees. Generally speaking, Dutch companies are quite respectful of their employees and there is a good work/life balance.
Cons
You can have a different experience depending on what role you are in and which department. However, generally there is a high flux of employees leaving and entering and a high number of inexperienced, fresh out of school, new hires.
