Pros
Great healthcare plan and benefits. Lots of passionate people trying to do a good job. Important mission. Opportunity for global impact.
Cons
Big part of the organization still operates as if it's a government agency or non-profit. The rest of the organization, particularly some of the acquisitions, seem mostly overworked and under-resourced, with leadership that travels incessantly and sets an example of no life-work balance. Not enough is lined up well enough, strategically or product-to-market fit, for the folks on the front lines to be as effective as they need to be.
