Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. UL Solutions shifted from a not-for-profit entity to a for-profit entity in 2012. For the last ten years we have made a massive transition towards being a for-profit entity. Every employee at UL Solutions is eligible to participate in our annual company incentive program and bonus targets are offered even for entry level employees.
