      The benefits and pay are excellent, includes low employee cost for health benefits with incentive to stay active. Great mission to produce high quality affordable medicines with a strong desire to reach everyone on the globe.

      Very challenging work life balance.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
