The benefits are excellent. The global quality systems and people are a great resource for sites.
Cons
The Sugar Land site is financially lean, which over burdens most departments. The senior management is out of touch with their own departments, which causes the middle level management to be overextended.

Generally more than a 40 hour week.
Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning.
Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
