      Pros

      Money and shifts not bad. People on the floor are great. You do get experience in a wide variety of areas.

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed. Turnover of technical staff through the roof. No training provided and little knowledge in house due to staff changes. Production planning is a mess, constant changeovers on old machinary that is poorly maintained due to staffing issues. Middle and upper management don't care how people are treated. They do not engage with staff.

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
