      Stable employment, good work life balance, professioanl training financially supported

      Very hierarchical organisation, organisation of work is chaotic, leadership communication or team involvement in changes is limited, motivation to give new ideas to the organisation evaporates quickly because it is not appreciated by the company due to the above mentioned reasons.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
