      Great coworkers, clean, benefits, regular employee events, low stress.

      Cons

      Poor leadership at all levels, money is average and inconsistent pay structure. Lots of paperwork. Little job satisfaction and non existent training.

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
