      You can see lot of people with open mindedness to accept new ideas and suggestions. Very positive environment and people around you keep encouraging to work harder. Lot of younger minds atleast in my team. Nice to work at

      Very low salary and unanimous hikes in salaries are bit demotivating for people who work harder.
