Benefits for full-time employees(32 hours or more) 10% off on non-grocery items after 3 months of continuous work offer free counseling as part of benefits free subscription to their customer program(Walmart+) for online shopping and delivery. Offer ad-free Pluto TV membership to Walmart+ members, but not in their employee breakroom.
Cons
Drama and buddy-buddy system are in place. Blame is placed on others in other departments. If you're there long enough to celebrate anniversaries with the company, depending on who your friends with in the building corralates to the size of the cake you get to celebrate with. Went through 11 different team leads and 1 coach during my time I was employed. No raise was given on the yearly anniversary.
