Pros

As long you get a good project it will be ok

Cons

I worked with TD Bank Secure ODC, and my experience was not positive. Communication from management was often unclear, and it was difficult to get proper responses to concerns raised by employees. The organization used ProHance to track system activity, and employees were expected to remain active for the full 9-hour shift. When questions were raised regarding break timings, managers would sometimes ask employees to extend their login hours to compensate for the break time taken. I believe there should be more transparency regarding work expectations and a better approach towards employee well-being and work-life balance.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
