Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you value the flexibility, hybrid working model, and the great people you work with—these are core aspects of our culture. We know our hybrid approach is really well received by our team and we think it gets the best out of our people. We also take your comments on leadership, support, and tools seriously. We've put a lot of time and effort into leadership development over the last 18 months and will continue to do so, Empowering teams and providing clear direction are priorities for us, and we’re actively working to strengthen these areas. Whilst we note your opinion here we feel we provide a full suite of tools for colleagues and the Thrive progamme offers support (as do our Rewards packages). We are unsure which tools you are referring to. If you’d like to share more specific ideas, please do speak to your manager, HRBP or via our quarterly feedback surveys. Your input helps us create a better experience for everyone at Wood Mackenzie.

Pros

Appreciated working with smart, driven colleagues; they were truly experts in their fields. The rigorous schedules we were on were strictly maintained, which usually made for a very organized structure and workload.

Cons

Leadership went through many changes and acquisitions while I was there. The mission seemed to keep changing, and it wasn't easy to maintain consistency in our reports with such leadership changes. Market analysts were often pulled onto consulting projects but were not paid as consultants. This is what pushed me to leave.
