Pros

Great culture. Company does put a lot into this. Fantastic people and learn a lot from genuine industry experts. This can't be stressed enough. Gold standard products. The best around. Company strategy is clear and direction of travel exciting. Just need to pull it off.

Cons

Pay is undercooked. Feeling that old school WoodMackers are somehow a problem when in fact we built the successful shop and brand. Sometimes feel that new Execs think shiny new hires are better - maybe but they ain't done nothing yet! Back the people who know the products rather than folks you've hired from competitors!

Pros

Appreciated working with smart, driven colleagues; they were truly experts in their fields. The rigorous schedules we were on were strictly maintained, which usually made for a very organized structure and workload.

Cons

Leadership went through many changes and acquisitions while I was there. The mission seemed to keep changing, and it wasn't easy to maintain consistency in our reports with such leadership changes. Market analysts were often pulled onto consulting projects but were not paid as consultants. This is what pushed me to leave.
