      Pros

      I have an amazing team of people that I get to work with every day. There are endless opportunities for growth if you’re willing to work hard, everyday has new challenges and management does a great job of recognizing strong employees. I honestly see myself staying with this company for the long run.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced environment, and can be overwhelming for some people. If you’re content with going with the flow, this isn’t the company for you. You need to be willing to work hard and put in effort.

      Pros

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Cons

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
