      Pros

      Why WURTH ? - A sales career that allows you to excel. It's your own sales creativity, enthusiasm and energy that will provide the recognition and personal satisfaction of 'a job well done'. Achieve those two 'job benefits' and the appropriate pay structure will take care of itself. Much like running your own business / franchise - without the overheads.

      Cons

      No Cons to speak of. - Internal Sales support and Marketing ingenuity is strong here.

      Pros

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Cons

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
