Pros

- Great work culture - Support for a healthy work/life balance - Competitive salaries and nice perks - Management are looking after their workforce, investing in training and avoiding at all cost cutting staff (this is very important after looking at other big companies which are reducing their workforce at double digits (%) - Management is always looking for ways to increase diversity and inclusion - I love the tech stack

Cons

- As it is in any big company, quite a bit of bureaucracy. - Sadly, 100% remote working is not accepted, only hybrid approach. - Working from abroad, even though is allowed, is quite restrictive
