      Pros

      Excellent atmosphere, supportive colleagues. Zalando is a place where people really are at the center, both the customer and the employees, and glad to see it reflects on what we work on and how we work.

      Cons

      Recently there seems to have been some challenges in communicating new strategic priorities. Usually it's been okay, hope it's something that will be fixed in the future
