Senior leadership does not work well together and lacks strong people leadership skills of growing, developing, inspiring, and leading the successful achievement of strategy. Many of most senior SVPs micro manage and lack ability to empower leaders in their charge. They work at too low level of detail and lack experience leading large organizations outside of Zalando.
