generally unwelcoming, deal with many instances of racism and it seems internally that the company is not interested in actually facilitating any real D&I practices. I complained to many levels of management and on every occasion was just met with further racism. Horrible place to work. I cannot stress enough how awful my time there was. Everything Zalando does to promote their 'inclusive' image is all just for show and not reflected internally. I would also say there are opporutnities to grow within the company but if you plan to work at Zalando as a means to grow your experience to move on afterwards it is not helpful for that. Zalando only helps to grow you into a Zalando employee, it doesn't provide you with applicable skills for any other creative job role.
