Great opportunity for students. No penalty system, and the salary is good.
Cons
The experience largely depends on the team you join. I worked in the men's department, where the management was supportive and professional. However, the women's department often had more conflicts. Employees' scheduling preferences were not always considered, and staff were sometimes expected to stay beyond their scheduled shifts.
