      Pros

      The shop has interesting clothes and the brand satisfies the request of various costumers from all countries, ages and professions. In Germany the payment is very high.

      Cons

      The working philosophy they have is based on exploiting the employees who are at the lowest position. The atmosphere in Germany is very sick and competitive. I had to quit for nervous breakdown.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
