      SCHEDULE'S ARE OK, YOU CAN CALL OUT 9 dollars the hour is a good pay compare to others retail store and commissions are good when the store reach the goal of the day

      Cons

      Too many hours straight standing up theres never full floor coverage so you are going to end doing a lot of things that you are not supposed to do

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
