      Pros

      There is no pressure to meet KPIs.

      Cons

      Standing and moving all day. You only rest during your break time. It's a very physical job, you may not worry about sales, but at the end of the day, you are exhausted. Better to work part time. They do not easily renew the contract to an indefinite period, it does not matter if your performance has been excellent.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
