* cool products * fun events * great discount * nice headquarters * nice people * good food * good technical resources

Cons

* nearly all jobs paid under market * start most recruiters off in temp positions with no benefits for 6-12 months * micromanaging culture * Most recruiters & HR don't physically work in the buildings/departments they support * excessive job requirements for retail positions and excessive number of interviews per candidate as well for jobs that pay way less than the competition * very difficult for store employees to move into corporate (no grow-from-within strategy) * nearly zero women in top management * "jock/cheerleader" mentality that often discriminates against those who speak out or suggest changes * german management translates poorly to american employees * disconnected from the community compared to competition * 'you should feel lucky to work for us' mentality

easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

Cons

Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
