The job gives you so many connections, just by having Adidas on your resume doors open up for you.
Cons
More of a first job setting, not really somewhere you would want to stay long term. Co-workers are more like peers than coworkers. No one takes their job seriously, mostly because its some of their first jobs. Don't look at retail and store sales as long term, build relationships and make connections and go on about your business.
