      the company is full of supporting colleagues and great exposure. egalitarian culture.

      Cons

      very lean structure, means less promotion, and salary progression is very rigid. KPI review system does not always benefit good performer and kind of promote mediocrity.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
