Pros
Great place to work. No 2 days are the same. At times very fast-paced which I enjoyed. In Canton, MA, USA, the work environment is second to none with so many amenities including Barber Shop, on campus workout facilities, on campus child care and so much more
Cons
There is definitely a culture clash between US and Germany. Each group at times has difficulty understanding the needs and culture differences between the 2. Also the company is undergoing a phase where expense has been targeted to reduce ASAP. Dwindling headcount is having a toll on some really great teams all throughout the business.
