Pros
-nice looking office. -when you are lucky you are working in a friendly team. -can integrate sports into your long working hours.
Cons
-working hours are faked and put into the system lower as they really are. -cut down on benefits and work bonuses for employees. -more and more people working with temp. contracts. -life-work balance looks mostly only good on paper. -more people get ill and are on leave for long periods of time. -applications of internal workforce are dissed and external applications are preferred. -the workers council is cut out and is not very powerful.
