Pros

Perks at HQ (gym, discounts)

Cons

People are considered as muppets and moved around like chess pieces. (Seen 2 persons forced a totally different role they had signed for just a week before starting in the company) Only adidas experience is valued, if you are coming from the outside your opinion, when listened, will not be valued. People are stuck in this company for 20+ years only because they reach a level of salary they couldn't find if starting over again out, but clearly not for their job. All teams burning out. All decisions are let to board's decision. Total absence of psychological safety. People are not working with but against each other. Do not practice what they preach whatsoever. Silos are so thick that basically every vertical puts their own vision of the brand in the market. They will do all they can to not abide by their pretend perks for new joiners (relocation money and support, temporary housing) and also for their legal obligations at contract ending (not paying leftover vacation days and asking for reimbursement of blurry money they claim to have transfered that is nowhere to be seen on any pay slip) A colleague back from mat leave, supposingly working halftime (at least being paid as...), under so much pressure and put so much guilt on that she was working 150% instead (DMing at nights and weekends). Don't understand how this company has old together for so long...
