      Politics, while diversity and inclusion are paraded - in reality women are not giving equal opportunities as the men. However for senior management levels sometimes women are hired with no real experienxe in the field.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
