Pros

Campus & FlexiTime (flexibility when it comes to working hours and stepping away from the traditional 9-5 framework) make it easy to drive a sporty, dynamic lifestyle and keep the work-life balance, whatever the life part is about. Working environment in general - lots of different people (different backgrounds, talents, interests) with very similar (open) mind-set also make it an interesting, inspiring place to be.

Cons

Not too flexible when it comes to remote working compared to some other (international) companies nowadays. Also limited opportunities when it comes to growth & development, at least considering any in-role promotions. Recognition and being given credits for work also not the strongest point.

Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
